Why is it important for you to know where your food comes from?

Life is complicated. The more that we can simplify things, the better. So much of what we eat is not good for us, but when we can control where our food comes from and make the best choices, we can live healthier and happier.

What is your most memorable meal?

In all honesty, this meal most definitely included Crowd Cow meats. My boyfriend is a big cook, and we love to host dinner parties with food and wine-loving friends. When you have great wines and quality meats paired together, along with fun company, it's going to be memorable every time.

What is on your bucket list?

Right now, I'm itching to go to Japan and Chile. Top places on my bucket list! I'd be interested in learning more about Wagyu in Japan, and the wine tasting in Chile is so hot right now.

What's your morning routine?

When I can make it to the gym, I like to go. However, usually my routine starts with coffee and getting right into emails and writing.

What's the one thing in your kitchen you couldn't live without?

My corkscrew.

What's your favorite Crowd Cow Product?

I love the A5 Wagyu beef, and I could geek out on Crowd Cow Wagyu blog posts all day long.
