Our smoked duck breast has been cured and smoked for over 8 hours to bring out the best flavor in your next recipe. The product is fully cooked, so you can serve cold or reheat to enjoy. Sliced thin over a salad, used on a charcuterie plate, or added to a pizza are some of the greatest uses for this product.
Culver Duck is located in the heart of Amish Country in Northern Indiana and part of an honest, hardworking community of farmers. Ducks are born in Culver’s own state-of-the-art hatchery, and raised cage-free in spacious, open-air barns with plenty of room to roam and ample food and water. They follow a never-ever program (never administered antibiotics or hormones).
