Ground Beef - one thing we hear over and over again from Crowd Cow customers is, "I was suprised how good that ground beef was" or things like "I just made the best spaghetti and meat balls ever". Ground beef is the king of versatility. Use it in tacos, chili, spaghetti or just grill it and slap it on a bun with fresh tomatoes and a bit of ketchup. Ground beef from an animal that was raised for steaks is truly unlike anything you'll find at the grocery store or your local burger restaurant. And best of all, you know exactly where it came from.

What Raised Right Means to Crowd Cow
No Unnecessary Antibiotics
Animal welfare is of utmost importance to us, and we only work with farms and producers that provide humane and clean living environments for their livestock.
Better living conditions (more space to roam, access to clean water and shelter, etc.) mean animals are naturally healthier — so antibiotics simply aren't necessary.
In the rare cases where an animal gets sick or requires medical attention, antibiotics are only used therapeutically — never to promote growth or to "proactively" prevent diseases.
No Added Hormones
We believe animals should develop at their own pace — 100% free of artificial growth hormones.
In other markets, animals are not typically provided enough space to build up their muscle, so hormones are given to promote growth.
In contrast, our farms take the extra time, care, and effort to allow their animals to grow the way nature intended, gaining weight naturally.
This translates to not only the safety and health of the animals, but also the premium quality of our products.
Personally Known & Taste-Tested
We have strong relationships with each producer we work with and have done our homework to ensure they meet our high standards.
We only supply meat and seafood that we'd put on our own tables — a product that's delicious and raised ethically, cleanly, and sustainably —
always taste-tested by experts and better than anything you can find in your grocery store.
Westmore Pastoral Farm
The west coast of Tasmania is one of the best grass-growing regions in the world. All along the western coast are rugged mountains, wild forest, and inhospitable land — with the exception of the northwest coast, home to Westmore Pastoral.
The rare combination of a temperate climate and frequent rainfall means the Westmore herd always has fresh paddocks of lush perennial grasses perfect for year-round grazing. Owned by the Greenham family, Westmore Pastoral stretches over 8,500 acres of Tasmanian paradise just outside Marrawah.
Founded over 100 years ago, Hi View Ranch covers 3,000 acres of grassland in Midlothian, TX. Kevin was raised on a farm, but spent more than a decade in the aeronautic industry before being drawn back to farming. He took over the ranch four years ago.
The Spokane Hutterian Brethren are true believers in the importance of soil health, not only for what goes on below ground, but for what happens above ground, too. A no-till method of planting ensures fungal networks stay intact, sequestering carbon on the one hand, and making the homegrown peas and corn (what the cows are finished on) even more nutritious on the other. The result is beautifully marbled, sweet, and mellow-flavored beef that's famous in Washington state for how tasty it is.
Award-winning farmer Harris is a legitimate star, not just in his native Georgia, but around the world, where his iconic work in conservancy is continually celebrated. Troubled by the shortcuts and conventional, chemical-driven direction he was seeing within his industry, Harris radically transformed his 150-year-old farm 20 years ago by taking it back to the basics. Today, White Oak Pastures stands as a leader of zero-waste, regenerative, symbiotic farming.
