After experiencing authentic Japanese Wagyu in Japan, we’ve found it difficult to go back to American Wagyu in terms of quality. I was very happy to discover that this website offers genuine Japanese Wagyu. While the price is undeniably high, the quality of the meat is excellent. The marbling is fine, the flavor is clean, and overall it truly justifies the cost. It’s not something I would purchase regularly, but for special occasions or celebrations, I would definitely consider buying again.

The steak was awesome. We decided to cook the whole steak instead of strips and it still was so delicious!!! The flavors exploded in our mouths with each fork full. Incredibly rich and flavorful.

I had this with a group of friends as we've wanted to experience it. The melt in your hand kind of feel is very true to this. I would recommend to prepare it as the directions say, no oil or butter, just salt, quick sear, and savor. A True EXPLOSION of flavor!
