I purchased the A5 Wagyu Petite Striploin instead of the A5 Wagyu Striploin ends because it was said to not have nerves and connective tissue like the latter, but one of my steaks had a lot of it. I sent an email to moo@crowdcow.com to complain about it, and it's been a few days without reply. I will look for another place to purchase my A5 steaks because Crowd Cow is not keeping up with their promisses.
