My filet mignon was so delicious! Prior to pan searing I rubbed it in olive oil and sprinkled it with maldon salts and some black pepper! I love a more medium rare steak so I seared it on all sides then cooked it to about 134-135 degrees! After that I added a piece of basil butter and tented it with aluminum foil for about 5 minutes! Better than any steak I can get at restaurant for a fraction of the cost!
