The two Wagyu steaks were phenomenal! However I thought I was going to get some ground beef too. I thought all orders came with a free wagyu ground beef. Mine didn’t.

The Zabuton cut has the most perfect marbling of any steak there is. It is the perfect steak. Get your grill as hot as you can and sear the steak to get a brown crust on each side and it will be the best steak you'll have ever eaten.
