The A5 Wagyu steaks I have received have all been excellent. I mean I couldn't ask for more, especially from one who has family in Japan and travels there frequently. I rarely, and I mean rarely, rate restaurants at 5 stars. 5 Stars means I could not think of any way that restaurant could have been better in any way, which is how I feel about your company, products and the service you provide for your customers.

Flavor was delicious however it was very fatty, and not the good kind of fat. I ordered 2 pieces, one was perfect and the second was overly fat and mushy
