Multiple times now I have ordered from crowd cow. My last order of A5 had a strange color and smell, and was inedible by my standard. Absolutely unacceptable for such an expensive product. I contacted support with pictures and descriptions of what the meat looked like before and after cooking, and the strange smell and taste. I requested a refund but was declined. Instead, crowd cow sent another A5 steak. I cooked this steak and again it had a weird color, smell and taste. Twice now I have thrown away extremely expensive steaks because something was wrong with them. My wife is a professional chef and food safety trained. She has indicated these steaks absolutely had something wrong with them and I should not eat them, nor did we want to. I spent almost $1,000 on my original order of 4. I want my money back.

Beef was beautiful but it was very disappointing to have to throw it in the trash because it was warm on arrival (twice). Such a waste of a perfectly presented cut of meat.

A terrible cut of meat. I got an end piece that should never have been sent to a customer. It was mostly fat and it looked like a small triangle. This is the 4th time this has happened to me. I've been ordering from you folks for 5-6 years now and have spent quite a bit of money on Wagyu and Olive Wagyu...As you've grown your quality control has diminished. The cut of steak I got was embarrassing, esp. for 5oz that cost $100!! I took pics if you're interested... Sincerely, Jared Wesley

Arrived very warm - completely thawed. I've searched the whole site looking for an email to ask how to handle this with you. I paid $236 dollars for two 7 oz A5 wagyu steaks and they are ruined. Order number QIN9IAASPX - please reimburse me or send two new ones. Not sure when you shipped but did not come even slightly cold. Totally warm and bad. :( I've ordered before and it always came completely frozen. I guess if I don't hear from you I will go through American Express for my refund.
