This is a Bucket list kind of meat. I split it with ny sister with a few side and was plenty for 2 people. I had always wanted to try wagyu and i am so happy i did. Crowd cow got it to me quickly and made sure i didnt cook it wrong... They even provided the SALT. 5 stars all day and i will be ordering it again
