taste is due to meat that doesn't have to be chewed it melts in the mouth (for me chewing give flavor) it tastes like eating the fat that is around any steak

Steak did not to be a true A5 wagyu and also looked to be the scrap end of a tenderloin. I was very disappointed in the quality. The images online certainly do not match the product you are selling.

The steaks were covered in thick layers of fat around the perimeter of the meat. I have ordered here before but this order was very poor in quality. Very dissatisfied. The previous orders were very good. I would like to be credited for my 300$ purchase so I use it to buy more steaks in the crowd cow store. Thank you
