Who inspires you?

The fans, when I get videos of people copying a recipe or going out of their comfort zone to try something I've taught them. That's gold!

What is your most memorable meal?

Stuffed cabbage. I know! My Grandma used to make it, and it's hard to go against Grandma. She stuffed them with riced and cut up pork meat as well as beef, olives, garlic onion, tomato paste. Man!

What’s your favorite meat dish or meat preparation? Do you have a recipe you would like to share with us?

I am a huge ribeye lover! Picanha is my second favorite cut though. I enjoy reverse searing a ribeye, to medium rare, top it off with a mix of butter and blue cheese crumbles and parsley, then broil that for a minute to melt the cheese. Night night!

What is your greatest accomplishment?

I am pretty happy with how many people I have entertained, and the relationship I have with my followers and friends. However, my greatest accomplishment is the fact I like the person I have grown up to be. I can look at myself and be proud, not only of what I've done but the integrity with which I do things. If I were not me, I think I'd like to be this type of guy, its a little crazy.

What is on your bucket list?

Just to be more--more of everything! More health, more fun, more great food, more contributing to society, family, friends, more money, more giving. GIVE ME MORE!

How do you stay motivated?

The love and support of the fans and followers. I put in 100% of me into what I do, and they return 110% back.

What’s your morning routine?

I wake up after noon. Coffee, a 1 hour walk a few times a week, answer messages/e-mails and catch up on my favorite youtubers uploads. Then I try to learn new recipes or figure out how to mix what I've learned into what I'm doing so I can teach people.

What’s the one thing in your kitchen you couldn’t live without?

Need me that cast iron.
