Mother of go's. Heavily salted and seated to perfection. This was supposed to be a one time thing but my God this was the greatest piece of meat to ever bless my mouth. Words cannot describe how perfect this steak was. If you have thr money buy 3, if you don't, open a credit card. This steak is debt worthy
