This is a Bucket list kind of meat. I split it with ny sister with a few side and was plenty for 2 people. I had always wanted to try wagyu and i am so happy i did. Amazing! I had a dinner party of 8 and every single one of us reviewed the marbling chart and all agreed the cut was an 11. Mind blowing flavor. We could it rare and just seasoned with finishing salt. Out of this world. highly recommend!
