The Striploin steak is delicious! I use to be strictly a ribeye steak person until I experienced A5 Wagyu steaks. It’s been a year now that I’ve been purchasing your steaks and I am shocked at how much I’ve spent! But when you love what you love, I can’t see getting back to any other kind of steaks!

Didn't receive. Got a 12oz Striploin as a replacement. It was very rich, so we made two meals of it. Excellent flavor, but I'll be treating A5 the way I treat foie gras - as an accompaniment or highlight, but not the main course.

After experiencing authentic Japanese Wagyu in Japan, we’ve found it difficult to go back to American Wagyu in terms of quality. I was very happy to discover that this website offers genuine Japanese Wagyu. While the price is undeniably high, the quality of the meat is excellent. The marbling is fine, the flavor is clean, and overall it truly justifies the cost. It’s not something I would purchase regularly, but for special occasions or celebrations, I would definitely consider buying again.
