Our burgers (a full 1/3 pound) start with pasture-raised, grain-finished brisket, short rib, and chuck—all dry-aged for 28 days—from the 4th generation Bootheel 7 Ranch in Wyoming. The result: unbelievable juiciness and a beefy flavor that just won’t quit, with sharp cheddar and creamy fontina. 4 Burger Patties in each package.
For medium-rare, grill these bad boys over medium- high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Make sure you use a substantial bun. You're gonna need it.
