Our burgers (a full 1/3 pound) start with pasture-raised, grain-finished brisket, short rib, and chuck—all dry-aged for 28 days—from the 4th generation Bootheel 7 Ranch in Wyoming. The result: unbelievable juiciness and a beefy flavor that just won’t quit, with sharp cheddar and creamy fontina. 4 Burger Patties in each package.

Cooking Instructions
Defrost burgers, place directly on grill over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, and 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium. Make sure you use a substantial bun. You're gonna need it.

The Duroc hogs are humanely raised crate-free and fed a 100% vegetarian diet, using a “never ever” program without use of hormones or antibiotics.
