The Wagyu was not cut evenly. It ranged from 3/4inch on one end down to 1/8inch thickness on the other which makes it extremely hard to properly cook this product without over or under cooking it. Highly disappointed when the product description states it is evenly cut to 3/4inch thickness.

One steak was fabulous, The other was very disappointing! (A bit dry and tough). Cooked to 125 degrees in the Sous Vide, then seared to Medium Rare.
