This is the first time I've tried King Salmon it was absolutely delicious. I was able to cook it skin side down and get a perfectly crispy crunchy skin reminiscent of what you would get in a salmon skin roll in a good Japanese restaurant. Sweet. Fresh. So happy I tried it.

Size is inconsistent in the package but they still taste great. Don't forget to let them sit on paper towels to get all the moisture out (about 15 minutes) then in a crazy hot pan for a nice sear.

The Sea Scallops are my favorite to have with a small steak. I have the Sea scallops at least twice a week. So fresh tasting and easy to cook. The best I have ever had! Thank you so much for such a wonderful product!
