Amazing after putting a crust on it while keeping it wall to wall red pink inside for a great rare to medium rare flavor explosion. I also cooked it with black truffle flakey salt n ate it with soft boiled egg over rice.

Excellent cut of meat. I am used to Wagyu but this is the first time eating Japanese Wagyu. OMG. A whole other level. Excellent!!!!
