Disappointed. Being a lot more expensive than standard rib steak, I expected good marbling and a decent chunk of tasty meat. However, almost half the steak was just pure fat (lard) that I had to cut out. The marbling was better but not very noticeable. Would not buy again.

I have been eating Wagyu for years and I hate to say it but this steak had the texture and flavor as if I bought it from my local grocery store for 30 bucks.
