Was at best, ok. Amazing I pay $68 for a steak and it's really no better than a $15 steak I can buy local. Certainly not worth the money. One and done experience.

This is the second time out of a few orders now that I have received a cut that was very bristly and had tendons throughout the cut, leaving me with very little to actually eat from the meat. For the price I’m paying I would expect more quality. Is there a way that this can be rectified?
