Sesame Wild Ahi Saku Blocks
Our sashimi-grade Ahi Saku blocks are great for a quick pan sear! This easy recipe is packed with sesame flavor and will be done in under 10 minutes.

- Avocado oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sesame oil
- Teriyaki sauce
- White sesame seeds
- Black sesame seeds
- Sprouts for Garnish

Instructions
- To start, heat grill or cast iron skillet to medium-high heat, add avocado oil to coat the pan and allow to heat up.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste over your Ahi Saku Blocks.
- Sear the Ahi Saku blocks for 45 seconds to 1 minute to maintain the best texture for your fish.
- Mix black and white sesame seeds in a bowl. Roll the Ahi Saku blocks in the sesame seed mixture or lightly sprinkle the seeds over them.
- Lightly drizzle blocks with sesame oil and teriyaki sauce to taste.
- Garnish with sprouts and serve.
- Extra Step: If you intend to thinly slice the blocks into strips, make sure a sharp knife is used and slice the blocks with care.
