How to Grill Wild Mahi Mahi

Mahi Mahi has a sweet and mild flavor that can easily be elevataed with your favorite seasonings and a little lemon juice. Throw it on the grill for 10 minutes or less and enjoy!

How to Grill Wild Mahi Mahi

Ingredients

  • 4 wild-caught Mahi Mahi portions
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika — smoked could be used
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • A pinch of Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Cook time
10 minutes

Instructions

  1. To thaw, place packages of Mahi Mahi Portions in the refrigerator the night before you plan to cook them.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (450°F).
  3. Brush Mahi Mahi Fillets with olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle your seasonings on both sides of the fish.
  4. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Serve. You can easily grill up some asparagus on the side to serve with.
