taste is due to meat that doesn't have to be chewed it melts in the mouth (for me chewing give flavor) it tastes like eating the fat that is around any steak

Flavor was good. Too many bones. This was unexpected. Thinner pieces than preferred but that wasn't the problem. The bones were the problem.
