When I first started buying them they were tender and delicious. They were also pretty lean right out of the package. They are not very fiberous and tough. Some of them look pretty mangled and fatty when they come out of the package so I have to cut quite a bit off to grill them.

I've purchased from Farmer Focus before, the breasts have always been really nice, lean, and well cut/trimmed.. I personally hate what I call frankenboobs. The abnormally large chicken breast, that is pumped with water to make it weigh more. The colors are all off, and it just does not have a great taste to it. I wish Farmer Focus really focused on higher quality food, versus the same crap you get from the store at a cheaper price. We pay a premium because we want to buy a premium product... not a inferior product at a higher cost. Thanks,

I would give 2 stars. Very unappealing appearance, sloppy disorganized blob of meat. And tasteless. I prefer the filet mignon from Whole Foods, frankly.
