These are 1\2 pound patties for large large appetites. As an average sized person I often only use one half of a patty or a 1\4 pound. Very little grease in these but they are still juicy and delicious.

We have been NY strip people since signing up for Crowd Cow and opted to branch out and try something different after another customer that we signed up raved about these filet mignon steaks. They were not wrong, very tasty, melt in your mouth. We even had enough leftover for another meal that was just a yummy as the first one! Definitely on our "will buy again" list.
