This is, without argument, one of the best meats I have ever had the pleasure of trying. The way that everything comes together was so amazing that it exceeded my rather high expectations for the wagyu. I look forward to purchasing another cut of wagyu from Crowd Cow - and hope I'll be able to purchase a piece of Olive Waygu before it sells out.
