First time wagyu experience. This was unlike any steak I’ve ever tried..it’s hard for me to even classify Wagyu as “steak” in the traditional sense - it is that different if an experience compared to Prime. Also, everyone’s recommendations were spot on: this single piece was enough for 4 of us! Wagyu is riiiichhhh!
