I understand this is wagyu but this was more white than anything. Def not worth the price. Filet is much better!

it was soft like tofu but the flavor was a bit odd, the old Wagyu's that was sold here tasted and smelled great, these ones are for lack of a better word kind of like a cardboard taste to it? I don't know but I'm going to have to try other stores to see what is up with that
