These were substituted for scallops. Nice lobster just didn't realize until too late that these were being substituted for the scallops I ordered.

We like this ground beef. I definitely do not like the new format for packaging. It has always arrived in the form of uniform squares. It now comes in globs, as if it has been scooped. This makes storage very difficult. The globs react as if they are slippery frozen softballs and take much more space in the freezer. This is most annoying.
