I did not like. Although the steak looks white before cooking, after cooking it will turn red. This meat did not. It was unusually tasteless except for the fat taste.

Three out of the five strip steaks were inedible. It was so strange! The meat (grilled the same way as the others), was very sinewy and difficult to chew. We actually threw them out. We were very disappointed especially since all of the steaks we’ve ordered over the past year have been delicious!

Sadly, we disappointed in this and the piedmontese having experienced american Waygu from Kansas city steaks which we found far Superior.
