We just had the Sablefish for dinner and it was quite delightful. I pan seared it in butter and olive oil, merely dusting the portions with salt and pepper prior to cooking. Six minutes skin side down, 5 minutes flesh side down. Tented with foil for 10 minutes and it was perfect! Tender, tasty, no fishy taste just good quality fresh fish. Will definitely order again, and try other items as well. Fast shipping to boot! We are 100% satisfied with quality and customer service.
