The fish was delicious, however, only 1 of the 2 cuts packaged arrived with the pin bones removed. Black Cod pin bones are nearly impossible to remove pre-cook, and I had to remove a portion of the cut to prevent a potential for bone ingestion. I was disappointed to lose some of the fish, but overall the taste was great.
