Smoked Ora King Salmon

    Preheat the Traeger smoker to 225°F.

    Mix together all of the spices and herbs.
  3. 3
    Rub the salmon with the spice mixture and lay the butter slices all over the meat.

    Place the salmon in the Traeger on "super smoke" and smoke for 2 hours.

    Raise the temperature to 400°F and cook for another 40 minutes.
  6. 6
    Remove from the Traeger, serve immediately and enjoy!
