THIS! THIS was heaven in my mouth. Black cod is buttery, flakey, melt in your mouth, would make you punch someone who tried to take a bite off your plate, and so good it makes you want to cry. Do not drown this in sauce please please let this beauty shine on your plate! Simple saute in lemon juice, a bit of butter, and capers. I did not want to take the last bite because I did not want the party in my mouth to end... This will be a staple in my freezer from now on!
