Entire order was Completely thawed when it finally arrived. I followed Crowd Cows directions on their site and put it in the freezer. Hoping it’s ok. Disappointed that you can’t talk to anyone from this service. It’s all automated responses.

The fish is good but pretty dirty with lots of scales and the butchering doesn't have a good knife finish on it. Not that impressed with this lot. Just wanted to give you all that feedback.
