Very nice flavor, especially if you like fat. But be warned these are very thin steaks. They look about 1/4” raw, then cook down to just a couple of millimeters, like a minute steak. As they cook, they curl. Takes about 90 seconds.

Ribeyes were way thinner than expected. One steak had a big chunk of fat in the middle. Not sure why you would even sell it as a cut. Striploin did not look fresh since 80% of it was a dark purplish color and the other part was pinkish...not the anywhere near red with fat marbling I expect from true A5 especially since I just ate a bunch of it less than 3 months ago during my trip to Japan.
