One of the two Wagyu steaks received was completely inedible—it was essentially a trim scrap consisting of nearly 80% hard fat with only a tiny fraction of actual marbled meat. The second steak was marginal at best, falling far short of the premium quality and marbling I consistently receive from Snake River Farms. We sealed them and they are in the freezer.

OMG...again. I understand there is a lot of marbling in wagyu but that isn't what I'm addressing. I contacted your customer service over this...the hard fat was over the top...I even sent a picture. Extremely disappointing considering the price.
