Order arrived 4 days late. Unable to get a hold of Crowd Cow support during these days or after thawed wagyu arrived. Their so called "24/7" support is a joke!

This was my very first time trying Wagyu and I was so excited to get the very best Wagyu A5 available. The smaller pieces were edible but not great. The largest piece was almost 100% fat. I realize that Wagyu is well marbled and thus "fatty" but this was not good meat in any way. It was a block of fat with very small strands of meat mixed in. I prepared it two different ways and my brother prepared it three different ways. We both agreed that the large chunk was inedible. My son tried it and had to spit it out. I had to throw out 90% of what I received and that really hurts after spending $200 on beef. If it has something to do with the farm or the individual cut then you should look into it and not offer this product any longer. It is terrible.
