I wanted to love this product. But I tasted my first scallop and was highly dissatisfied with the flavor and texture. It honestly didn't taste like anything, definitely not sweet like a good scallop should taste. The texture was to firm. I did a quick hard sear to make it golden and was shocked at how firm the it was with cooking it properly. Love this company but really didn't like this product
