I didn’t realize we were getting ground dark meat. It was very good but generally I buy a leaner cut. Nice flavor. We make bowls filled with ground Turkey, lettuce, cabbage, salsa, avocado, Greek yogurt/sour cream, and sprouts with different green or red Mexican sauces.
