Cooked in a cast iron skillet with some beef tallow, fat side down first, then flat side, flipped & added butter and garlic to baste. Came out so tender I could cut it with a fork. Strip steaks from this farm never disappoint and neither does anything from crowd cow for that matter

The strip steak was pretty good, I ate the whole steak. I find that if the meat is good quality you can eat more without filling up. The only complaint I have is that the meat lacked in flavor a little. But I have more to try and will look forward to trying it again.

Everything we get from Crowd Cow is delicious! I buy all my meat from you. The Strip Steak is a particular favorite in our home. But have to mention the Kurubuto pork can't be beat. And we've been spoiled with your delicious bacon. Hope you are able to keep up the quality suppliers.
