Steaks were thawed out and therefore I couldn’t re freeze them.

The steaks were grainy - a powder type disintegration occurred as I was chewing the meat. I have had a MUCH better experience with Costco and even Safeway steaks...yes...Safeway... I am very disappointed with the product! I have not tried any other product in my shipment yet.

Twice I have been very disappointed with the NY Strip. While it was flavorful, it was dry and stringy; way too much fibrous gristle making it chewy. I was barely able to consume what I paid for.
