Classic Homestyle Meatloaf
This hearty meatloaf stays moist with the addition of tangy ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.

- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 slice toasted bread, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 2⁄3 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Combine the beef, bread, egg, onion, salt, pepper, 4 tbsp ketchup and milk in a bowl. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Place the meat into a baking dish, forming a rectangular form. Smooth the tops and sides.
In a separate bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup ketchup. Spread evenly over the top and sides of the meatloaf.
Place pan into oven and cook for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until done.
