Spicy St. Louis Barbeque Ribs

Spicy St. Louis Barbeque Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds St Louis Ribs
  • 1 cup bbq sauce of your choice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper

35 minutes
Cook time
3 hours and 35 minutes

Instructions

  1. Combine rub ingredients in a small bowl and distribute evenly over ribs. Let rest and absorb 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil. Place ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 2 hours or until tender, falling off the bone.
  4. Remove ribs from foil and brush with barbecue sauce. Return to the oven and bake for 20 more minutes.
