How To Cook Primal Palate Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Bake gluten-free chocolate chip cookies straight from frozen dough in 10 to 12 minutes.

Makes 16 cookies.

Prep

Bring frozen dough to room temperature by letting it sit out on the counter. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake

Scoop dough onto the lined sheet with a cookie scoop (rounded tablespoon). Gently press down each cookie to flatten slightly. Bake 10–12 minutes in the center of the oven.

Finish

Pull the sheet out of the oven, allow cookies to cool, and enjoy.
