Prep
Bring the frozen dough to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Bake
Scoop cookie dough into balls and roll them in your choice of sugar. Gently press down each cookie to flatten slightly. Bake 10–12 minutes in the center of the oven.
Finish
Allow to cool. Enjoy.
