From Around the World

We're searching all over the U.S. and beyond for the very best craft meats produced by passionate ranchers with unique practices, breeds, and stories.

In 2015, we set out on a journey to find the very best craft meat from small, Harlow Cattle Company, a one-woman show in the shadow of Mt Rainier.

But every day we learned of more and more amazing farms around the country.

And our mission grew… to make it easy to bring home unique craft meats from around the country that just can’t be found anywhere else.

We started by finding farms in our backyard, the lush Pacific Northwest

Then we expanded across the US

Soon we were exploring a whole world of craft flavors.
