How to Cook Top Sirloin



  • Top Sirloin steak
  • Oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Herbs


  1. Remove thawed steak from packaging and place on a cutting board.
  2. Pat dry.
  3. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat pan over medium-high heat with oil and herbs.
  5. Sear steak about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Baste with juices while continuing to cook.
  7. Continue flipping the steak every 1-2 minutes until internal temp reaches 135°F.
  8. Remove from pan and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Slice, serve and enjoy!
