How to Grill Wild Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi has a sweet and mild flavor that can easily be elevataed with your favorite seasonings and a little lemon juice. Throw it on the grill for 10 minutes or less and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 4 wild-caught Mahi Mahi portions
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika — smoked could be used
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- A pinch of Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- 5 minutes
- Cook time
- 10 minutes
Instructions
- To thaw, place packages of Mahi Mahi Portions in the refrigerator the night before you plan to cook them.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (450°F).
- Brush Mahi Mahi Fillets with olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle your seasonings on both sides of the fish.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden.
- Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Serve. You can easily grill up some asparagus on the side to serve with.
